Our branding and web design process

After you’ve completed the form, we’ll send an invitation for a free 30 min video call where we will discuss your vision in detail, including your goals, expectations, and how we can work together. If we are a good fit, we will send you a proposal for your consideration.

Discover

Once you approve the proposal, sign the contract, and make the deposit, we will start the project on the agreed-upon date by sending you onboarding details and a questionnaire to fill in.

We will go over the questionnaire together in a one-hour strategy session, which will help us to prepare visual concepts for your consideration. We rely on design psychology and best practices to guide our design decisions. All elements of your brand identity (logo, colour palette, typography, graphics, photos, tone of voice) must work together to create a brand persona that will appeal to your ideal customers.

Design

After you pick a visual concept and provide feedback, we will design your logo and other elements. This process includes two complementary rounds of revisions. Upon final approval of the design, you will be billed for the last installment of the project. After that, you will receive a brand style guide with logo files and design elements.

Upon delivery of your brand identity files, you will need time to prepare your website content (photos and copy). We will guide you through the web design process end-to-end. Please check our FAQs below for more details.

The timeline depends on the complexity of your project. Usually, branding takes up to 4 weeks, and web design between 6-8 weeks. For both branding and web design combined, we will guide you through the whole process from start to launch.

We work with WordPress and Elementor only. As a versatile, popular and easy-to-use platform, WordPress offers the freedom of growing your website as your business grows. If updated regularly, your website can last you for years.

Our web design offer is for service-based companies only, and it does not include e-commerce. We do not work with Shopify, BigCommerce or Squarespace at the moment but may expand our services in the future.

Your visual identity is not just your logo – it’s an overall cohesive design which includes brand colours, typography, photography, illustrations, patterns, etc. We start all our projects with strategy, and all the design decisions later on in the process are made accordingly. Investment in branding starts at $6,000, and it depends on your business requirements and needs (for example, packaging design, custom illustrations, social media templates, etc.).

Our services for custom-designed websites range between $8,000 – $15,000. We typically recommend custom-designed websites for clients who have been in the market for at least two years and have a clear understanding of their target audience. However, if you are starting your business and looking for a cost-effective solution, we can customize one of the pre-made website templates to suit your brand and business needs.

The domain name, hosting, licences, copywriting, professional and stock photography or illustrations, video creation and photo / video touch-ups are not included in our pricing. We can advise on what kind of photography is suitable for your brand (as a part of our branding process) whether you decide to hire a professional photographer or use stock photos.

Yes. Payments can be spread out over time from when we first book you in (25% deposit), to the start of the project (25%) to when we deliver final files for your branding or your site launches (50%). We can also make a custom payment plan for you. 

Before the project start date, all website content and assets should be finalized and ready to go, including written copy, images, brand materials, and any additional media needed for the website. We offer copywriting services as part of our web design process, so whether you choose to work with our copywriter or provide the copy yourself, all website copy must be completed before the project kick-off date to help keep the process smooth and on schedule. While we’re happy to guide you along the way, content that requires significant editing, restructuring, formatting, sourcing, or quality improvements beyond the original project scope may be billed separately.

Yes, of course! We will provide you with video tutorials on how to update your website and also give you 30-days of support after the launch. Alternatively, we can manage the website updates and maintenance for you for a monthly / annual fee. 

We offer digital marketing services as a part of the web design process but not as a stand-alone service.

Absolutely! Time zones are no issue! 

We collaborate with a trusted network of partners and independent contractors to assemble the right team for each project, depending on its size and scope. Throughout the process, Ana will be your primary point of contact and will guide you from start to finish.
